Fortunately, Akron also included a floor mounting bracket that worked very well. Great product. Recommended. Installed the ARKON on the passenger seat rail which placed the Monit in exactly the right location for my Navigator to access the controls and for me to view the screen as needed. If any of you realize how small the windshield is on one of these cars, you'll understand why I wanted to find something else. I went to several websites to try to locate a mount that would hold my XM but wouldn't be in the way. The ARKON SR088-TS-1 mount is exactly what I was looking for. I mounted it on the floor by loosening the floorbolt on the inside passenger seat. PERFECT! Now it's out of the way and a good height without being too tall.
