Magellan has made updating maps a very easy process by putting them on a SD card. I made sure the GPS had the latest operating system installed and then plugged the SD card in and turned it on. Presto, map update worked perfectly. Could not have been easier. A great way to disseminate this information.

Just follow the instructions. Make sure you upgrade the firmware first. If the cable from your digital camera does not fit, you may have to buy a cable to do the download.

Before I acquired the Magellan gps navigator, I always had problems getting to new locations. I either made a wrong turn or lost time asking and following wrong directions. Now all I do is enter the address I want to get to and just follow my Magellans instructions. So far I haven’t had any problems finding my way.

The Magellan is really a great little device, and a life saver on trips “into the unknown”. The update found here was at a very good price, the shipping was fast, and we’re very happy with the results in every way. Highly recommended.
